Client needed a paved reliable surface quickly in the heavy winter season – project included quick subgrade prep and asphalt installation on a steep hill with the access road remaining open and a large event the following week.

Installed top cast meandering walkway with seating area pockets and DG areas. Additionally installed furnishings and DG.

After completing the recompaction and grading of the dam face, completed for SMWD full installation of straw wattles and hydroseeding.

Small pocket park, JES Engineering able to general and deliver on time the full range of amenity/park scopes and sizes. Highlight of the park, a beautiful sunken fire place seating area – all items, excluding landscape/irrigation – self-performed.
